Shipping policy

Vintage items are all in stock and are normally ready for collection within 2 working days after confirmation and payment of the order. For all other items, different delivery times and conditions apply depending on the manufacturer of the purchased item and may vary from 7 to 14 days. You will be notified if the expected delivery time is greater than 2 weeks.

Local Buyers: An email will be sent when and where the purchase can be picked-up. Orders have to be retrieved with valid identification and the order number. If you have provided a portuguese mobile number, we may also contact you by phone or text. Orders must be picked up within 5 days after the date of invoice. If the package is not retrieved within 1 month, InPieces is entitled to charge the Buyer a monthly holding fee of €35 to cover for storage. 

For every other Buyer: You will receive a notification per email with the tracking number of your order.
